Normally the US Lacrosse Coach of the Week is awarded to one men’s and one women’s lacrosse coach each week, however this week’s award goes to two women’s lacrosse co-coaches from the Stanford University coaching staff, Jen Kasper and Adam Norton. The interim co-head coaches led the Cardinals to its second Top 10 upset in the last eight days. Stanford knocked off No. 6 Penn 8-6 on Sunday to improve to 6-2 for the season.

Coach Seth Tierney of Hofstra picked up the weekly award on the men’s side. Tierney led the Pride to an 8-7 overtime victory over top-ranked and unbeaten Johns Hopkins, snapping the Blue Jay's 12-game winning streak. Hofstra won its second straight to improve to 2-1.

US Lacrosse and CSTV are in the fifth year of a partnership to help bring college lacrosse broadcasts to fans around the nation. CSTV has a 23-game package for this season, including telecasts of the NCAA Division I, II and III women’s championships and the NCAA Division II and III men’s championships. CSTV will also telecast the US Lacrosse Women’s Division Intercollegiate Associates National Championship.
